Livelihood for Women

Samarpana Trust play a vital role in empowering women and providing them with livelihood opportunities, fostering economic independence and social inclusion. By implementing various programs and initiatives, we aim to address the gender disparities prevalent in society and create a pathway for women's economic empowerment. We work towards equipping women with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to engage in income-generating activities. We offer vocational training programs that encompass diverse fields such as handicrafts, sewing, agriculture, entrepreneurship, and technology. Additionally, we often extend financial support and access to microcredit facilities, enabling women to start their own businesses or expand existing ones. By fostering entrepreneurship and economic self-sufficiency, these initiatives uplift women and their families, breaking the cycle of poverty and creating sustainable change.

We also advocate for gender equality in the workplace, promote fair wages, and facilitate networking opportunities for women to enhance their professional growth. Furthermore, we engage in advocacy and policy dialogue with governments and other stakeholders to create an enabling environment that promotes women's economic participation.
